Raw chocolate indulgent & healthy brownie recipe
This is the easiest and most yummy brownie recipe. Full of wonderful antioxidants, minerals, and healthy fats.
I often crave these brownies, maybe it is the magnesium from the raw cacao. My nervous system needs a calming yet energy-boosting dose of magnesium. The brownies really are an indulgent yet healthy treat.
Recipe
75g hazelnuts
75g almonds
pinch of sea salt
140g dates
50g raw cacao powder
3 tbsp coconut oil
Method
Blitz the nuts in a food processor until ground. Add all the ingredients until combined.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread the mixture out on the tray.
Place in the fridge for at least 40 minutes before eating.
Slice into portions and store in the fridge in between nibbles.
