Work with me through my online 1:1 consultations
I have a genuine passion for helping women feel successful in their health journeys. I believe that with the right support, tools, and understanding, every woman can feel more energised, balanced, and at home in her body.
My intention is for you to feel bright-eyed, full of energy, and deeply nourished in your everyday life, reconnecting with your natural vitality and inner glow.
My Approach
I am a qualified BANT-registered nutritionist, specialising in women’s health and functional nutrition.
My work focuses on supporting:
hormonal balance
perimenopause and menstrual health
blood sugar regulation
adrenal and stress-related symptoms
digestive health
skin concerns
Rather than simply managing symptoms, I work with you to explore and support the root causes behind how you’re feeling.
This may include addressing symptoms such as low mood, fatigue, anxiety, stress, constipation, weight changes, PMS, bloating, headaches, and more.
A rhythm-based, personalised approach
My approach is holistic, personalised, and evidence-based.
I don’t believe in rigid plans or one-size-fits-all advice. Instead, I help you build a way of eating and living that feels realistic, supportive, and sustainable for your body and your lifestyle.
Together, we focus on gentle but effective nutrition and lifestyle strategies that support your energy, hormones, digestion, and overall wellbeing, while also fitting into the realities of busy modern life.
As a mother myself, I understand how full and fast-paced life can be. That’s why my work is designed to feel flexible, achievable, and supportive, not overwhelming.
We work with your body’s natural rhythms, supporting energy, nourishment, and balance across different seasons of life.
What you can expect
Working together is not about perfection or strict rules.
It is about:
understanding your body more deeply
restoring energy and balance
improving your relationship with food
creating sustainable daily habits
supporting long-term wellbeing
feeling more confident in your health choices
My aim is to help you feel empowered, informed, and supported—so you can move through life with more ease, clarity, and vitality.
Specialisms
I support women with:
Hormonal health (PMS, perimenopause, blood sugar imbalances)
Mood (low mood, anxiety, irritability)
Energy (fatigue, stress, adrenal dysregulation)

My philosophy
Health is not about restriction or perfection.
It is about rhythm, nourishment, and supporting your body in a way that feels sustainable and kind.
When we work with the body, rather than against it, change becomes more natural, more lasting, and more supportive of your whole life.
Working together
If you’re ready to feel more energised, more balanced, and more connected to your body, I would love to support you on your journey.
Together, we’ll create a personalised plan that supports your unique needs and helps you feel your best, physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Dietary review
Unsure if you are eating enough nutrient dense foods? Fulfilling all your nutrition needs? Eating the right foods for the season of your life? Maybe you would like to be eating more optimally for your lifestyle demands.
Within this dietary review I will analyse what you are consuming on typical days over a specified time frame. This will be via a completed 5 day food diary. I will then analyse and put together a tailored plan according to your needs. The plan also comes with suggested recipes. It will be delivered via Zoom.
A dietary review is suitable for most people, however, it does not look at complex health goals or issues. If you need more support I would suggest that one of my consultation packages would be a better option. Dietary reviews are a good way of learning how to eat optimally for you and creating a way of sustainable healthy eating and living. Think of the review as “Spring clean” for your body and supporting yourself to optimal health.
An additional tailored 14 day meal plan can be created to support you at an additional cost of £40.

Dietary Reviews
Create a path to better health
A dietary review is a personalised consultation that evaluates your current eating habits to identify areas for improvement. However, they aren’t just about eating better. They give you the tools to feel better, have more energy, and take control of your health. Together, we will create a tailored and personalised plan that fits your own unique needs. Maybe life is super busy and you are fatigued, going through perimenopause, or unsure of how to eat for a certain dietary requirement, for example, a dairy or gluten intolerance, or simply wish to optimise your nutrition, a dietary review can be a huge game-changer.
Why a dietary review?
Understanding what you’re eating and how this is affecting your body is key to making improvements to your health. Often, the foods we eat or the habits we form can unknowingly contribute to stress, fatigue, or other health issues. A dietary review helps uncover these patterns and provides clear insights as to how you can move forward, and therefore make better choices that support you and your goals. You may also want to see which nutrients may be lacking in your diet for your specific life stage, for example, perimenopause, or due to specific diet choices, for example, those that are a Vegetarian or Vegan. A dietary review is a good choice for those looking for support with potential deficiencies that can be addressed with easy dietary interventions. A dietary review is also great if you want to embrace and adopt a more wholefood diet but don’t know where to start
What’s involved in a dietary review?
During your session, we will thoroughly examine your current diet, lifestyle, and any health concerns you may be facing. The process includes:
Detailed assessment: We’ll discuss your daily food intake, eating habits, and any challenges you’re experiencing. Within the dietary review, I will analyse what you are typically consuming on days over a specified time frame. This will be via a completed 7-day food diary and a health questionnaire. We will then have a 45-minute online consultation via Zoom to go through your health questionnaire and what the analysis identified.
Identifying key areas for improvement: Together, we will determine potential areas where your nutrition can be optimised to support your specific health goals.
Personalised recommendations: You’ll receive a full report and protocol with the analysis and practical, realistic guidance to address any imbalances and support you in achieving your health goals. A personalised nutrition plan tailored to your dietary needs will follow. The plan will also come with simple recipes for you to follow. There is the option for a personalised 14-day meal plan with recipes.
A dietary review is not a one-size-fits-all approach. It is a tailored plan designed with your lifestyle and health goals in mind. With the right nutrition and food, you can feel energised, balanced, and confident in your body once again.

Depending on which route you choose, it will always start with an initial appointment that is approximately 90 minutes long. Within this appointment we will cover various aspects of your health to get to the root cause of your symptoms. With comprehensive questioning I will work my way through all the body systems to create a clear picture and timeline of what is going on. Sometimes, but not always, I may require you to undergo functional testing. In which I will refer you to your GP for certain tests or request them through a private lab. This will further support the root cause of your symptoms.
Do you do functional testing?
Additional functional tests may be required depending on the case. Tests can be very useful in understanding the root cause of what brings you to my clinic. However, testing isn’t always necessary and much can be done with diet and lifestyle alterations. Testing prices are additional to my package cost. Basic blood tests can be requested via your GPs.
FAQS
What is it like to work with a nutritionist?
When you work with a nutritionist you receive personalised and science based nutrition and lifestyle protocols and plans. My approach is extremely patient centered and together we work alongside each other to address symptoms, any underlying disease and promote optimal wellness. Often my plans implement sustainable healthy habits that are lifelong. I don’t want to simply tell you what to eat, my goal is for you to understand the process.
When will I receive my plan?
After your appointment I will forward you your nutrition and lifestyle plan up to 2 working days later. Because the plan is completely bespoke to you and tailored to your individual needs, I like to go away and research the best protocol to go forward with. During your consultation there may be one or two pointers that I would like you to start implementing straight away.
What happens during the follow-up?
The follow-up appointments are a great way to see how you are doing and what is working or not. That way we can adjust the plan as your journey continues. The follow-up appointments are great for motivation. They are also an ideal time to halt stumbling blocks such as running out of dinner ideas or when life throws curve balls at us. It’s a way of me holding your hand and guiding you on your journey.
**A note on follow-up appointments. I recommend allocating time in your diary for check-in and follow-up appointments throughout our time together. Sticking with the scheduled sessions will help you to achieve the best results.
What is the first step?
Contact me via my contact page and let’s arrange a 20 minute free chat over the phone. Within the call, we can talk about you and what has led you to look for a nutritionist. There is absolutely no obligation post call, it’s simply a conversation to see if we are a good fit and how I can help you.
What is included in my plan?
Well, that depends on you and your root cause. There will be tailored dietary and nutrition points and easy actionable suggestions of how to implement them into your daily life. Sometimes there may be shopping lists, recipes, and meal plans to help you with this. There will often be additional handouts and resources to help support you in key areas. As I am holistic in my beliefs I also include lifestyle pointers. It is important to factor lifestyle points into the protocol as lifestyle factors and outside environmental influences have a huge impact on our health.
How does it work?
We start first of all with a 20 minute phone call to see if we are a good fit. We will chat about YOU and what you wish to take away from our time together, your symptoms, and your reason for wanting to see a nutritional therapist. We can then discuss the various ways in which I can help support you and which would be the most beneficial to you. It is very important that you feel comfortable with me and that I feel my expertise can help you.
I then ask you to complete a 5 day food diary. This allows me to see a typical day of eating and lifestyle for you. This is important as it allows me to see any potential stumbling blocks.
Chat with me
A free 20 minute phone call will allow us to get to know each other a little better, talk about your goals and for us to see how we would work together and if I can help you.
