Rewilding days

Recharge and reconnect

In the rush of modern life, it’s easy to feel disconnected, from ourselves and the natural world around us.

My retreats and workshops offer a chance to pause, realign, and reconnect with your own natural rhythms, as well as those of the world we live in.

Life moves fast, especially for busy women. It can feel like a constant cycle of giving to others, always chasing the next thing, with little left for yourself. These retreats are for you if you're seeking balance, fresh perspective, deeper self-care, or simply a peaceful moment away from daily demands.

Whether you're navigating hormonal changes, feeling overwhelmed, or simply longing for a reset, these experiences are designed to empower you with knowledge, practical tools, and, most importantly, space. Space to think about you.

To listen to your mind, body, and soul.

To reset, re-energise, regroup, and refocus on your well-being.

A nurturing environment where women can gather, share, learn, and just be.

Rewilding isn’t just for landscapes — it’s for us, too.

In nature, rewilding means restoring balance, rhythm, and vitality. For women, it means gently coming home to yourself. It’s about slowing down enough to hear your body’s whispers before they become screams. It’s about nourishing yourself with real, seasonal food, not through restriction, but through kindness. It’s about resting without guilt, moving in ways that feel good, and letting go of perfection in favour of presence.

In a world that constantly pulls us away from our natural rhythm, rewilding invites you to soften, breathe, and reconnect. It’s not about doing more, it’s about coming back to what’s essential. Whether it's a few seconds of deep breathing, saying no without apology, or creating quiet space in the chaos, rewilding is a radical return to your own nature. You are not separate from the earth—you are nature. And like nature, you need rhythm, rest, nourishment, and pause. This is your permission to reconnect.

Welcome to the Ground & Rewild Autumn Retreat

Join us on Saturday, 4th October 2025 at 09:00 AM-5.30 PM at the beautiful Knepp Wilding Estate, near Horsham, for a day of rest, reconnection, and self-discovery.

A nurturing one-day pause to let go of the busyness and drop into stillness - this is a space to come home to yourself, explore what you need most, and realign with your natural rhythm.

As the season shifts and the air grows crisp, autumn gently invites us to slow down. Leaves fall and nature begins to turn inward, a gentle reminder for us to do the same. It's a season of change, reflection, and a quiet gentle inner renewal. Ground & Rewild is your invitation to align with this natural rhythm and return to yourself.

Designed for busy women who are feeling overstretched, disconnected, or simply craving a moment of calm, this retreat offers a restorative day away from the demands and noise of everyday life. It’s a chance to breathe deeply, step back, and reconnect with who you are.

In a fast-paced world, to rewild as a woman means stepping away from the constant commitments, distractions, and the pressure to always do more, and instead returning to your body’s wisdom, your natural rhythms, and your deep inner knowing. Listening to yourself. Remembering who we are in this fast-paced modern world and reclaiming clarity, calm, and connection.

Rooted in autumn’s invitation to turn inward, this day blends nourishing rituals, seasonal food, guided reflection, and time in nature. You'll experience a gentle reset for your nervous system and leave feeling grounded, inspired, and more at home in your body and your life.

Led by your Rewilding Team - Liz, a Health Psychologist, and Katie, a Nutritionist - the day includes practical, soul-soothing tools that you can easily integrate into your everyday life. From mindful habits to seasonal nutrition, everything is designed to support your wellbeing in your everyday life.

Pause. Breathe. Rewild.
