I’m a BANT-registered women’s health Nutritional Therapist dedicated to helping women feel more energised, balanced, and connected to their bodies, without restriction, overwhelm, or perfectionism.

Through my online clinic, in-person workshops, and writing, I support women navigating hormonal changes, fatigue, digestive issues, skin concerns, and the challenges of perimenopause.

Whether you’re experiencing mood swings, bloating, burnout, or simply feeling disconnected from your body, you don’t have to figure it out alone.

My approach to nutrition is realistic, sustainable, and grounded in rhythm, rather than rigid rules. I help you move away from quick fixes and strict diets, and toward simple, nourishing strategies that support your unique body and lifestyle.

My weekly musings and seasonal meal plans are my way of slowing down and paying attention. As a Nutritional Therapist, I’m deeply interested in how seasonal shifts influence our energy, digestion, and overall wellbeing.
