Breathe. Nourish. Live in Rhythm.
For women who want to feel more balanced, energised and like themselves again
Breathwork, Nutritional Therapy and seasonal living to help you slow down, reconnect with your body and find a rhythm that supports you.
How we can work together
How we feel is shaped by so much more than one part of our lives. Our breath, nervous system, hormones, digestion, nutrition, rest and the pace at which we live are all interconnected. And just as our needs change throughout our lives, they can shift with the seasons too.
My philosophy brings these elements together through breathwork, Nutritional Therapy and seasonal living, creating a more holistic approach to wellbeing. Rather than adding another list of things to do, the focus is on simple, supportive ways to nourish your body, restore your energy and feel more connected to yourself.
There are different ways we can work together.
Whether you're looking to feel calmer and more grounded through breathwork, understand how nutrition can support your hormones, digestion, skin and energy, or explore a more natural rhythm through seasonal living, we'll start by looking at where you are now and what would support you best.
Living in rhythm with the seasons
We aren't meant to feel the same all year round.
The world around us is constantly changing, and so are we. Nature moves through cycles of growth, abundance, slowing down and rest, and there are rhythms within us too. There are times when we feel energised and ready to move forward, and others when we naturally need to pause, turn inward and restore.
Seasonal living is about recognising these shifts rather than expecting ourselves to operate at the same pace throughout the year. It invites us to adapt how we nourish, move, rest and care for ourselves according to what the season , and our own energy, calls for.
My 10-day Seasonal Sync Nutrition & Breathwork Refreshes offer a chance to step out of autopilot and reconnect with these rhythms.
Each refresh is an opportunity to pause, reflect and reset. To consider what you need right now, what you're ready to release, and what you want to make space for as you move into the season ahead.
Through simple practices, nourishment and breathwork, you'll have space to refresh your energy and reconnect with yourself and the world around you.
Supporting the whole you
There is no one-size-fits-all approach to wellbeing. Sometimes support looks like learning how to use your breath to feel more grounded. Sometimes it's understanding what your body needs nutritionally. Sometimes it's recognising that you're asking too much of yourself and permitting yourself to slow down.
My work brings together breathwork, Nutritional Therapy and seasonal living so that we can explore what feels most supportive for you, at this particular point in your life. You don't have to wait until you're running on empty. And you don't need to overhaul your entire life to feel a difference. Sometimes the most powerful place to begin is with a pause. A breath. A moment to notice how you're feeling, what you need and what might help. Then, rather than trying to change everything at once, create a little more room for those things in your everyday life. A gentle return to yourself.
Seasonal Sync Refresh
As women, we aren't designed to feel, think or function in exactly the same way every day of the year.
Just as nature moves through seasons of growth, abundance, release and rest, there are seasons within us too. Our energy, needs, emotions and capacity naturally change as we move through different times of the year and different seasons of our lives. Yet so often, we expect ourselves to keep going at the same pace, following the same routines and showing up in the same way all year round.
Seasonal Sync is a gentle invitation to pause, refresh and reconnect with the season you are in , both around you and within you.
Rooted in Naturopathic Nutrition, seasonal living and breathwork, each 7-day refresh creates space to nourish your body, support your mental and emotional wellbeing, and make simple, meaningful shifts that honour what you need now.
It's an opportunity to step out of autopilot, listen more closely to your body and allow the season to guide how you nourish, move, rest and care for yourself.
Not another routine to keep up with. Not another list of things to get right. Just a little space to slow down, restore your energy and come back to yourself.
The summer Seasonal Sync has just come to an end, and the next 10-day journey of nourishment, grounding and reconnection is coming soon.
Hey…
I'm Katie, a BSc mBANT Nutritional Therapist and breathwork coach. I'm passionate about helping women feel more balanced, energised and connected to themselves in this fast-paced, busy world we live in.
My approach brings together breathwork, nutrition and seasonal living, looking at the bigger picture of how we live, how we feel and what our bodies are asking of us.
My own journey into seasonal living came from recognising how easy it is to become caught up in the pace of modern life, always doing, planning and moving on to the next thing. I began to notice how much I needed to slow down, be more present and create space to support my own nervous system. Looking to the natural world and its changing seasons offered a different way of living, one that felt more spacious, grounded and intuitive.
It taught me that we don't have to push through every season within and around us in the same way. Sometimes we need to move, create and embrace energy, and sometimes we need to slow down, nourish and restore.
That's something I now bring into my work with women: finding a gentler, more intuitive way of caring for yourself that feels supportive, realistic and possible within a busy life.
What people are saying
“I just wanted to say thank you for last night’s webinar. It was delivered in such an informative yet neutral way with no agenda. I felt inspired rather than overwhelmed and was already doing my online shop before the end of the webinar. My main takeaways were the protein-rich breakfasts (I’m also a porridge fan but end up hungry by 10 am!) and the good, better, best ethos (I have a tendency towards perfection…which invariably leads to stress!!).”
~LS Perimenopause Webinar“I thoroughly enjoyed the Summer Seasonal Sync refresh and found it informative and motivating. The meal planning guidance and healthy dietary changes have helped me make more positive choices, and I particularly appreciated the wide variety of breakfast ideas (especially the smoothies) which were practical and easy to incorporate into my busy morning routine.
The two online breathwork sessions were an excellent addition, providing valuable relaxation techniques and a welcome opportunity to unwind. Thank you Katie for delivering such an engaging, supporting and inspiring programme.”
~CB Summer Cycle Sync Refresh“Thank you for my Midweek Pause Breathwork session last night. Being a mum and juggling a stressful time at work had begun to take its toll. I left the sunset session feeling like I’d had an hour-long massage. Wonderful.”
~CJ In person breathwork session““I have thought for years that I had a reasonable understanding of what healthy looks like, however this you have taught me otherwise!”
~RM Nutritional Therapy“If you are looking for a reset, to invest in your long-term health, become more educated on how to fuel your body, The Seasonal Sync Refreshes are calling out your name.”
~KP Summer Seasonal Sync Refresh“Katie’s breathwork sessions have made me realise that I can be in control and work with my body and how it is responding. Breathwork was new to me and I really enjoyed it; most importantly, it worked for me. I now do a few minutes before bed to switch off. I left Katie’s sessions feeling relaxed, grounded and in a mindful state.
