Hello and welcome,

I’m a BANT-registered women’s health Nutritional Therapist dedicated to helping women feel more energised, balanced, and connected to their bodies, without restriction, overwhelm, or perfectionism.

Through my online clinic, in-person workshops, and writing, I support women navigating hormonal changes, fatigue, digestive issues, skin concerns, and the challenges of perimenopause. Whether you’re struggling with mood swings, bloating, burnout, or simply feeling disconnected from your body, you’re not alone, and you don’t have to figure it out by yourself.

I take a realistic and sustainable approach to nutrition, avoiding quick fixes and strict diets. Just simple, nourishing strategies tailored to your unique body and lifestyle.
