Make-ahead breakfasts: Nervous system supporting chia pudding

This is a creamy, nourishing chia pudding designed to provide a balance of fibre, healthy fats, protein, and key nutrients that support the nervous system. Rich in omega-3 fats, magnesium, and antioxidants, it's the perfect make-ahead breakfast or snack for busy days.

Ingredients (Serves 2)

4 tbsp chia seeds

500ml plain kefir

1 tsp cacao powder

½ tsp cinnamon

1 tsp vanilla essense

1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)

Seed cycling seeds

To top: 1 tbsp chopped walnuts, brazil nuts and a handful of berries to top

Instructions

Mix the ingredients and decant into 2 airtight vessels. Chill in the fridge overnight and top the next morning with your extra toppings.
