Aioli in less than 5 minutes

Creamy, zesty, and packed with flavour, this Mediterranean sauce is perfect for dipping fries, spreading on sandwiches, or drizzling over veggies. Or, served with padron peppers which is my favourite! Whether you whip it up with eggs or keep it vegan, aioli adds instant flavor magic to any dish.

Homemade aioli recipe

Zest of 1 lemon

Juice of 1/2 lemon

Good pinch of salt

1/2 cup of veganise

1 garlic clove minced

Add all ingredients to a bowl and combine.
