Chocolate orange granola

This granola recipe is a great source of important minerals, including magnesium, iron, and calcium. There's good fats and protein as well as wonderful antioxidants.

Ingredients
2 cup steel cut oats
1/3 cup mixed seeds - chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, goji berries
1/3 cup desiccated coconut
1/3 cup tahini
4-5 tbsp honey or maple syrup
2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
1/4 cup cacao powder
2 tsp mixed spice
Pinch of sea salt
Zest of 1 orange
