Broccoli, spinach and pea green soup

Ingredients

1 medium onion, chopped

2 garlic cloves, minced

1/2 head of broccoli, chopped

A large handful of spinach

1 cup green peas (frozen)

100ml cream

2 cups chicken bone broth

Salt & pepper to taste

Method

Add all the ingredients to a pan and simmer for 15 minutes. Blend with a blender to create the soup.
