Anti-inflammatory ginger and lemon cubes

These ginger and lemon ice cubes are a simple way to support the body first thing in the morning. For 12 ice cubes, simply juice or blend:

Juice of 4 lemons

3 inch piece of fresh ginger

Pour into an ice cube tray and freeze.
