A pantry staple lunch - Bean dip

Beans are full of fibre, protein, iron, copper, B vitamins, zinc, magnesium and above all, they are super easy to cook with. This dip is really easy to whip up for a quick lunch. Just add the following ingredients to a blender and combine until deliciously creamy:

(2 servings)

400g white beans
1 large garlic clove
1/4 cup olive oil *extra for drizzling after
1 tbsp fresh rosemary
A handful of fresh parsley
A handful of basil
Juice of 1 lemon
Season to taste

Use various vessels to carry the dip. From leaves and chopped raw veggies to a slice of sourdough.
