Welcome, I’m so glad you are here,

I’m a BANT-registered women’s health nutritionist dedicated to helping women feel more energised, balanced, and connected to their bodies, without restriction, overwhelm, or perfectionism.

Through my online clinic, in-person workshops, and writing, I support women navigating hormonal changes, fatigue, digestive issues, skin concerns, and the challenges of perimenopause. Whether you’re struggling with mood swings, bloating, burnout, or simply feeling disconnected from your body, you’re not alone, and you don’t have to figure it out by yourself.

I take a realistic and sustainable approach to nutrition, avoiding quick fixes and strict diets. Just simple, nourishing strategies tailored to your unique body and lifestyle. Together, we’ll focus on:

I love nothing more than going to our local farm shops, gathering seasonal supplies, and then returning home to my kitchen where I cook and create wholesome food for gatherings with my nearest and dearest.
